1. 2. The mechanical parts of the new machine need to be run-in. Within three months of normal production, the machine lubrication interval modulus setting should not exceed 100 modules. After three months, the modulus can be set according to the service cycle, but each lubrication point must be guaranteed. Every bit must be oily to prevent drying at each point so that the mechanical parts can be fully lubricated. When the lubricating oil in the lubricating oiler is used up, pay attention to the type of lubricating oil to be filled, so as not to use improper lubricating oil and cause damage to the machine. The lubricating oil for normal use is marked on the oiler, please check the instructions in detail.
3. It is recommended to use 46# hydraulic oil for hydraulic oil, and replace the new hydraulic oil after the new machine is used for half a year to prevent possible impurities in the oil circuit of the new machine from jamming the control valves.
4. Voltage stability: To maintain the stability of the power consumption of the customer's factory, the upper and lower voltage deviation should not exceed 20V, and the wiring of the zero line and the ground line must be complete.
5. The hydraulic oil must be replaced once a year and the oil tank must be cleaned, and the oil filter element must be replaced once a year.
6. Cooling water supply system: the water pressure of the cooling water system is 0.2~0.6Mpa; the water connection of the machine cooler must go in and out.
